When will my order ship?

Please be aware that all sales are final! We're dealing with high demand both in production and at our shipping centers, so it might take 7-14 business days for your order to be ready to ship. The average shipping time falls between 2 to 21 days. After you get your tracking number, please give it another 3-5 business days for us to actually ship your order. We generate tracking numbers while we're making your stuff. If your order hasn't arrived within these timeframes, feel free to shoot us an email at iamlekanik@gmail.com for assistance. 

What if I'm not in love with my order, can I return in? What it there is a printing error or defect? 

All purchases are final. Products with printing defect upon arrival will be handled on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. The customer will be responsible for return shipping. My order says delivered, but it was never received. 

Once your order is on its way, we can't take responsibility for its delivery anymore. If you encounter any issues with the delivery, please reach out directly to the delivery service. Delivery services usually provide a process for customers to file a claim regarding their orders. To learn more about their policy regarding undelivered orders, please check with the delivery service.

I entered the wrong address, what can I do? 

If you've made a typo or accidentally filled in an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email and confirm the right one. If you realize that the address provided is incorrect, please get in touch with us by emailing iamlekanik@gmail.com. We can update the address to the correct one within 24 hours. Please note that we won't be able to issue a refund after this 24-hour window for incorrect address submissions.
